Course: NUR 232L Nursing IV
Location: Clinical/Lab Setting
Dates: 1/26/2026 - 5/4/2026 (14 weeks)
Days: Mondays
Time: 0700—1700 (One 10 hour day per week)
Location: The Family Place, Concord Hospital
Course Description : Maternal, Newborn & Reproductive Health: This content provides a, family-centered approach to the care of mothers and newborns,. In this course the student will learn about pregnancy, reproductive health, and the promotion of health behaviors during pregnancy delivery and postpartum. Clinical experiences provide the student an opportunity to apply theoretical concepts and implement safe care to patients and their families.
Minimum requirements:
Education:
A Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or
A Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) and currently enrolled in an MSN program, or
A Bachelor of Science (BSN) degree in Nursing
Experience:
Two years of nursing care experience working on an OB unit.
Prior clinical teaching experience preferred
Licensure/Certifications: Must possess a current Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire.
Must meet the continuing education requirements by the Board of Nursing to maintain continuing licensure.

Salary: The clinical compensation rate is $47.95-$59.45 per contact hour. Compensation will be determined based on the appointed adjunct faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and/or teaching experience.
