Adjunct Lecturer Percussion - Music

The Department of Music at Pittsburg State University is accepting applications for part-time Adjunct Lecturer of Percussion.

Duties and Responsibilities   

Teach one or more undergraduate courses in the program areas identified: 

•    Applied Percussion 

Qualifications   

• Appropriate master’s degree required   

• Substantial professional experience as a performer   

• Experience in university-level teaching preferred  

• Ability to relate well with students and faculty in a regional institution within an environment of shared governance   

• Ability to relate to the general public and area music teachers   

Job Type: Unclassified, Adjunct Faculty, four-month appointment  

Appointment Duration: Spring Semester  

Work Schedule: Part Time
