Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
Team Overview: The Marketing Transformation and Delivery (MT&D) organization is responsible for marketing operations, channel delivery and marketing technology in support of the Consumer Bank’s marketing efforts; inclusive of Branded Cards, Retail Bank, Retail Services, Mortgage and Wealth Management.
The Program Management Sr Analyst is a Campaign Planning and Prioritization Managment role that will assist in the prioritization and delivery of all campaigns across channels, as well as supporting the current operating model and capacity management structure that enables demand prioritization while delivering against business goals.
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, operations, controls, and channel execution. Tight partnership with peers and leadership across Marketing, Lines of Business, as well as all operational teams is required. This role requires strategic thought leadership and the ability to understand various business priorities to translate these into an actionable plan of record enabling transparent handoffs and the agility to respond to changing business dynamics.
Responsibilities:
- Partners with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals.
- Engages in implementing test strategies, developing campaign schedules, BAU auditing, and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Assesses for impacts and potential need for additional testing to ensure overall channel integrity.
- Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns/initiatives that drive acquisitions growth and greater customer engagement.
- Identify and manage issues to resolution.
- Assist with monthly budget reconciliation and marketing invoice processing to ensure proper vendor execution.
- Manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years’ experience
- Requires attention to detail, excellent project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
- Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.
- Solid communication, presentation and project management skills.
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Required Licensing/Registration: Series 7, Series 63
Education:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
