  • Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

What YOU will do:

  • You will serve as the technical electrical product expert as you partner with project engineers, mechanical engineers, software/system engineers, certification engineers, and other project team members from around the world while designing circuit board integrations for all things oxygen.

  • You will lead the analysis of our existing processes while also developing new processes.

  • You will join an exciting new initiative that examines our main platforms with some of our biggest customers (think Airbus and Boeing) to identify commonalities and drive for improvements and enhancements.

  • You be involved in all phases of the engineering processes from concept evaluation and proposal to design and development to qualification/certification and product field support.

  • You will participate and/or chair design reviews and lessons learned to ensure electrical design maturity and troubleshooting any challenges.

  • The future of Oxygen & Passenger Service Unit product continues to increase use of electronics, so you will help us continue to advance these initiatives.

Education & Experience:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Skills you must have:

  • Electronics & circuit board design and development

  • Evaluation of alternate circuit components (i.e.. obsolescence management)

  • Identification and mitigation of electrical design risks

Skills we value:

  • Designing and troubleshooting DC-DC power supplies, including EMI filtering and electrical circuit design

  • Aerospace products

  • DO-160 or MIL-STD environmental qualification

  • Oxygen Systems or Passenger Service Units (PSUs) or similar systems

  • Altium Design and SVN repositories and clients
