About the role
Position Overview
Join our team at the Neuroscience Center and play a vital role in supporting patient care and administrative operations. This position offers a stable schedule and opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Weekends and holidays off
Preferred Experience:
- Medical office or patient registration experience highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming messages, faxes, and mail
- Sort and distribute mail promptly
- Organize and maintain medical records
- Provide administrative support
- Assist and respond to inquiries

- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to meet or exceed performance goals
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to cross-train and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0–3+ years of administrative experience (healthcare experience preferred)
- Familiarity with matrix organizations and complex work environments is a plus
