Assistant-Administrative

Position Overview
Join our team at the Neuroscience Center and play a vital role in supporting patient care and administrative operations. This position offers a stable schedule and opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekends and holidays off

Preferred Experience:

• Medical office or patient registration experience highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming messages, faxes, and mail
• Sort and distribute mail promptly
• Organize and maintain medical records
• Provide administrative support
• Assist and respond to inquiries

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0–3+ years of administrative experience (healthcare experience preferred)
• Familiarity with matrix organizations and complex work environments is a plus
