We are looking for General workers, Material handler, and Machine Operators for both Days and Nights with NEWLY INCREASED WAGES!


Compensation & Schedule
• Pay: $20.50 – $25.00/hour
• Shift: 12-hour shifts
◦ Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
◦ Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM ($1.50 differential)


Key Responsibilities
• Inspect label rolls for print, die-cut, and seam quality throughout the finishing process
• Remove defective material and perform web splicing per specification
• Operate finishing processes including jogging, cutting, and rewinding
• Use tools such as ruler, safety knife, and hole punch for splicing and adjustments
• Handle rolls and palletize finished product to prevent damage
• Identify and understand common printing and finishing defects
• Accurately complete production documentation and enter data into Globetek
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support team initiatives and perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for counts and conversions
• Ability to work with standard U.S. units (weight, volume, distance)
• Basic computer skills (Windows-based systems)
• Prior manufacturing or printing experience preferred but not required


Physical Requirements
• Stand and walk for extended periods during shift
• Frequent use of hands for handling materials and tools
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing
• Visual ability including close, distance, and color vision
