Associate Director, Global Marketing - SenseHub Cow Calf Lead

Job Description
The SenseHub Cow Calf Global Marketing lead is responsible to execute the Cow Calf portion of our beef technology strategy. This role partners closely with marketing, sales, R&D and technical teams to coordinate the successful execution and deployment of products, services and brands in the beef production space.
Our Animal Health Marketing team takes a customer centric perspective using customer feedback and market intelligence data. Using this data, we design, develop and deploy products, platforms, brands and marketing initiatives that ensure we can improve the health and well-being of animals everywhere.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute global cow calf strategy in alignment with our ruminant’s portfolio strategy and roadmap
Supports the growth of our global cow calf monitoring solutions which include Identification, monitoring and bio pharma in coordination with commercial and regional operations
Identifies and executes synergies with the identification business
Leads the development marketing plans for products including price, customer experience, sales collateral, and forecasting for the cow calf monitoring solutions
Supports the successful transition of new products and solutions from R&D to Manufacturing and sales
Interact with Regional Vice Presidents, country managers and business unit leads to successfully deploy solutions
Supports the introduction of new products in collaboration with commercial operations teams
Works closely with commercial operations to understand market trends and leads the solution of in-market needs
Supports in coordination with finance, procurement and manufacturing, budgets, forecasts and 5/10-year plans for the beef monitoring business
Tracks sales performance in coordination with commercial operations and finance
Supports the identification, strategy and execution of integrated pharma-tech solutions
Ability to travel up to 50% globally and domestically
Education:
Bachelor's degree in related areas of study.
Experience and Skills
Strong leader of multidisciplinary teams with direct and indirect authority
Strong communication and presentation skills
Commercial experience in the bio pharma and or Ag tech business
Experience developing marketing or sales strategies in bio pharma and or ag tech business
Project management experience
Self-starter with a clear sense of prioritization and prioritizing activities for a project
Effective networking across different functions within an organization
Knowledge of beef production
5 years’ experience working in beef sales/marketing industry
Residents of Colorado
