Customer Fulfillment – EDI Analyst

Where you'll work:

• This is an onsite position. Our corporate office is located 7440 S. Hwy 121 McKinney, TX 75070 

What you'll do:

• Meeting with clients to discuss their data interchange needs

• Analyzing business systems, networking configurations, and data storage facilities
• Building customized data interchange systems for cross-company or department needs
• Testing and debugging the system for various EDI forms (i.e. 810, 850, etc.)
• Gathering user feedback on the accuracy, efficiency, and functionality of the system
• Adjusting and customizing the system based on user feedback
• Deploying completed systems and providing maintenance support
• Training end-users on the proper use of the system
• Provides advice and education to clients concerning EDI guidelines and capabilities
• Periodically reviews system to ensure needs are met; identifies possible modifications as required
• Remains current regarding EDI and internet field technological developments
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an EDI analyst
• Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to project manage and work with large teams
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with end-user training
• High level of integrity and intellectual curiosity.
• Self-starter and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Team player who can build relationships across the organization.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Applicant must be able to pass a background check and drug screening before being hired.
• Must be eligible to work for any company in the US without sponsorship.
