Inside Sales Representative – Account Development
Location: Exeter, PA

Role Summary
Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire an Inside Sales Rep – Account Development for our Exeter, PA location. You must have the drive to sell, the ability to overcome objections, the aspiration to influence customers to make purchases, and to secure future business.  If you’re a “people person” and feel you excel in a dynamic call center environment, the Inside Sales Rep – Account Development position may be just what you’re looking for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound sales calls working with an established customer base.
  • Call supplier leads & prospective new customers with the expectation of converting leads into active customers.
  • Promoting new and existing products & services.
  • Daily customer database maintenance to ensure accuracy
  • Actively acknowledge and accept the duty to acquire new knowledge and skills, seeking out opportunities to improve your skill set.
  • Address concerns effectively and maintain long-term customer engagement.
  • Maintain daily phone metric standards established by the management team.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate concisely with internal and external customers.
  • Must be able to thrive and engage in a team environment.
  • Able to occasionally travel for customer visits or trade shows (limited).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior sales or account management experience.
  • College coursework/degree
  • Enthusiasts with experience in the Automotive, Jeep, Off-Road, Commercial Upfitters, Speed & Performance, and/or Recreational Vehicle industry are welcome.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment
  • Work is primarily sedentary: Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently. * Stand-up desks are available.
  • Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (rare but potentially 1-2 x’s / year)
