As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.
Your Role and Responsibilities This is Senior Solution Consultant role. The candidate should have very good knowledge on SAP and must have done few implementations. The job requires the candidate to understand the client’s requirement and propose appropriate solution. The applicant should have proven capabilities in collaboration and communication skills. He/She should be comfortable to work under deadline. The candidate needs to be hands on. He/she is required to develop the project plan, scope, assumptions, RACI, dependencies etc. He/she needs to defend the solution in different review and approval process. He has to present the solution to different stake holders including the clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1) SAP functional knowledge (Finance/ Logistics) – minimum 5 years
2) Must have done at least 3 SAP implementations – 5 years
3) Must have played Team lead or Project Manager role – minimum 3 years

1) S/4 HANA
2) Cloud
3) Industry knowledge – any industry
4) GenAI
