Your primary responsibilities is to improve our automated test capability and maturity. </span></p><p></p><p><span>This is a <b>transformational role </b>in which your expertise will directly influence engineering efficiency, and overall product quality.</span></p><p></p><p><b><b>Responsibilities:</b></b></p><ul><li><p>Collaborate on and execute improvement initiatives across infrastructure and tooling.</p></li><li><p><span>Understand product requirements and match test cases.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Define Test Environment setup and procedures.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Execute test cases, analyse results, and report all detected issues/defects.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Mentor junior manual and automated testers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with other test leads, team members, and test managers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with software development leads.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Keep abreast of industry standards and newest testing methodologies and tools.</span></p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><br/>Basic Requirements</h2><ul><li><p><span>B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Significant experience in software testing with a focus on test automation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C#).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven track record of writing, executing, and maintaining complex test scripts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated ability in leading testing efforts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on consensus building and collaboration..</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and principles.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead and mentor a talented team of automation engineers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Key Skills</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in developing automation tools, infrastructure and frameworks within an automated test environment.</p></li><li><p><span><b>Coding Proficiency:</b> Expert-level proficiency in a relevant programming language (e.g., Python, C#) and experience contributing to production code bases.</span></p></li><li><p><span><b>Data &amp; Analytics:</b> Experience in designing data models for test results and generating insightful quality metrics and Dashboards.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Nice to Have </b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience testing embedded systems or hardware products.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Previous experience leading the design and build of aut
