Sales Manager NA - Polartec

 

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Polartec Sales Manager for North America will lead go-to-market strategies and drive commercial sales growth for Polartec’s North American operations. In this role you will be responsible for developing and leading a team of Sales Account Managers, setting and achieving annual goals with a focus on expanding our legacy key outdoor accounts, onboarding new clients, and exploring adjacent markets. Reporting to the Managing Director of Polartec, this position requires approximately 30%-50% travel to meet with current and potential customers, as well as to represent the brand at industry events and trade shows.

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue growth targets in existing and new markets, including goal-setting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Identify and capitalize on market expansion opportunities by researching adjacent markets and establishing relationships with potential clients.
