The Work:
The AFS Foreign Military Services (FMS) business is growing. We have an opportunity for a leader with a proven track record of successfully building, delivering, and navigating the complex and dynamic foreign military sales environment. You’ll optimize our FMS internal process while helping to generate demand for FMS services and support FMS delivery.  You’ll support clients thru FMS requirements (demand) from idea through contract execution.  You’ll be responsible for program planning and execution while ensuring compliance. And, you’ll develop strategic plans and risk management strategies.  

Delivery will be onsite in the DC/MD/VA area with occasional travel CONUS and OCONUS.

Here’s What You Need:

• Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of industry experience
• Previous FMS experience at scale in standing up an FMS service and operating it
• Experience with working with government organizations that execute FMS contracts
• Experience in successfully supporting clients thru FMS requirements (demand) from idea through contract execution
• Experience with FMS market analysis and budget allocations
• In depth knowledge of U.S. laws and regulations governing trade, export control and defense

• Advanced Degree
• 15+ years of industry experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders
• Excellent people management and relationship development skills

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

California: $141,800 - $269,100
Colorado: $141,800 - $232,600
New York: $131,300    269,100
Washington State: $151,100 - $247,500
