What We Are Hiring For:

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday

Salary Range: $55,000 to $60,000 Per Year

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit Care Partners and Medication Technicians for the community.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to open and close requisitions.
• Conduct phone screen interviews and in-person interviews.
• Offer positions to candidates on the ATS when applicable.
• Serve as the point of contact for candidates with questions.
• Create and establish the monthly schedule for the Care/Medication team in a timely manner based on employees’ availability and staffing guidelines.
• Update employee availability in the scheduling program.
• Identify talent to fill any open shifts to the best of your ability by notifying staff and communicating with managers when unable to do so.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
• Experience working with older adults or other vulnerable populations.
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
