For our European Headquarter in Munich we are seeking qualified candidates to fill the position:
(Senior) Employee Benefits Manager Europe (m/f/x)
This role provides support and analytical expertise with focus on employee benefits and related programs, making an important contribution to attracting, retaining and engaging talent for the company. It is responsible for the management and optimization of benefits processes in Europe/Canada in line with business requirements and supports compensation related activities.

Lead and contribute to the optimization and coordination of our benefits portfolio, processes and tools in Europe and Canada

Coordinate benefits programs in Germany (e.g. pensions, long-term account, insurances) including employee communication, training and first point of contact for the external providers and consultants

Close collaboration with colleagues responsible for compensation or performance related processes in the countries and act as their deputy (e.g. LTI/RSU plan, annual compensation, performance process)

Implement and manage compensation and benefits related topics under the German collective agreement for chemical industry (e.g. Demografiefonds, Zukunftstage, Careflex)

Coordinate and administer other compensation and benefits related tools, e.g. total rewards platform

Proactive and solution-oriented consulting, training and e2e support to our HR Business Partners and HR Specialists on all benefits topics across Europe/Canada

Trustful and close collaboration with our HR community in Europe/Canada and all relevant stakeholders (including Works Council, Finance, Tax, Legal, IT and external partners)
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in economics, natural sciences or psychology (ideally master's degree) or equivalent
- 2-5 years of professional experience in the industry, consulting or auditing firm
- Expert knowledge in the area of German pensions (bAV) and other benefits; experience with benefit programs across Europe or in the area of compensation management is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of relevant employment, tax, social security and works constitution law regulations especially for Germany
- Very good analytical skills and affinity for numbers and data as well as IT-supported processes
- Good communication skills paired with an absolute service and hands-on mentality
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience with HR Information Systems as SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
- Very good German and English language skills
