In this role, you will be responsible for dashboard tableau production and project management. You will work closely with the rest of the BI team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.</p><p>The BI refers directly to the CFO and is in a coordination and collaborative mission with other teams such as IT, Marketing, Sales, Product management.</p><p><strong>Develop and maintain dashboards with Tableau (40%)</strong></p><ul><li>Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced dashboards in Tableau;</li><li>Providing and leading the data’s journey for the user;</li><li>Ensuring data consistency across multiple dashboards;</li><li>Optimization of currently existing dashboard;</li><li>Development of Tableau dashboards based on the mockups delivered by the UX/UI designers;</li><li>Translating  business needs into technical requirements;</li><li>Challenging the client’s demand and proposing extra solutions;</li><li>Maintaining security and access aspect of the Tableau dashboards.</li></ul><p><strong> Drive collaboration &amp; projects with specific business units by (40%)</strong></p><ul><li>Being autonomous on your project portfolio;</li><li>Prioritizing and successfully delivering the roadmap on time;</li><li>Being involved at the deepest level with our internal client to understand their environment and adapt / deploy the relevant BI expertise;</li><li>Conducting BI projects from end to end by coordinating the different teams. Client, BI, IT, Security, Quality, Design.</li></ul><p><strong>Documentation and processing (20%)</strong></p><ul><li>Writing / updating processes related to the activity;</li><li>Communicating frequently with stakeholders about project status;</li><li>Identifying bottleneck situations and solve them with the BI team;</li><li>Training users about Tableau Product and results reading.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5+ years of professional experience in Data visualization, data processing, reporting; </li><li>Strong technical expertise with Tableau products (development and administration); </li><li>Good technical expertise with SQL (particularly SQL Server Management Studio); </li><li>Project management experience (including leading skills) would be an asset;</li><li>Fluent English.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Location: Warsaw/remote from Poland<br/> Start date: ASAP<br/> Contract: B2B or CoE</p><p>Everyone at EcoVadis contributes to a culture of trust, respect and empowerment.
