THE JOB:
As a Learning & Development Partner, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our team members by delivering engaging training experiences that elevate leadership capabilities across our world-class resorts.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Facilitate impactful leadership development programs, new hire orientations, and enterprise-wide learning initiatives.

• Partner with HR, Guest Experience, and operational leaders to assess training needs and implement learning solutions.

• Utilize cutting-edge learning technology to track performance, measure skill gaps, and drive operational excellence.

• Analyze training effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to enhance programs.

• Manage training center operations, including scheduling, material preparation, and classroom setup.

• Advise employees on career development opportunities and professional growth initiatives.

• Champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring MGM Resorts' values are embedded in all learning experiences.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ years of experience in adult learning, training facilitation, or leadership development.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong public speaking and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

• A passion for developing people, fostering meaningful relationships, and creating a culture of continuous learning.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
