- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to ascend and descend staircases, stairwells and pedestrian ramps.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Must be motivated and have the ability to work within a team concept environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
