Job Overview:

Warehouse Associates are critical members of our team. They ensure our products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and timely. You may also pick, pack, and ship tires to customers. The Warehouse Associate reports directly to the facility's supervisor/manager.

Duties And Responsibilities May Include:

• Accurately read and interpret orders to pick, check, and ship products.
• Efficiently pick orders using stock/cherry pickers, following order specifications.
• Sort and organize tires on racks or bins per inventory procedures.
• Use computers, tablets, and RF scanners for inventory and order management.
• Verify orders for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Operate high-reach trucks for inventory control.
• Assist with inventory counts and support audits by adhering to quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations.

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 1-3 years (Preferred)
• Cherry Picker operation: 2 years (Preferred)
• Reach Truck operation: 2 years (Preferred)

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to cross-train and take on new tasks as needed.
• Reliable and maintains consistent, dependable attendance.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to lift, push, or carry items weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl as part of daily tasks.
• Standing and walking for extended periods are necessary throughout the shift.
• Requires frequent use of hand and finger dexterity for handling and operating tools and equipment.
