The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Senior Corporate FP&A, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Owning, augmenting, tracking, and updating the financial forecasting cycles including Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecasts, and weekly Latest Estimates
  • Working with Division CFOs, Supply Chain CFO, and Functional Heads to build an Enterprise and Corporate view on Financials (P&L, BS, CF)
  • Working with Tax and Treasury to forecast non-operating financials (tax expense, pension, FX impacts, interest, debt)
  • Partnering with IR Team to align on quarterly expectations, and developing analytics/reports to support external presentations/calls
  • Partnering with CEO/CFO and SVP FP&A to build Board presentations
  • Lead projects to enhance analytics and reporting capabilities across the company

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Economics and a minimum of (7) seven years in a private, public, government or military environment experience

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED and a minimum twelve (12) experience in Finance, Accounting, or Economics in a private, public, government or military environment experience

AND

  • Experience working in a Senior business unit or corporate FPA (or comparable) position
  • Minimum (4) four years of working experience in a public company.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Minimum of (2) years within a corporate FPA role
  • Minimum (3) three years of work experience in a medical device, biopharma or other healthcare corporation.
  • CPA or other related professional certifications  
  • Experience should include budgeting, forecasting, planning and analysis for a global organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills and communication skills
  • Ability to partner cross functionally with leaders across the organization
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and Microsoft products
  • Demonstratable problem solving, quantitative and analytical; strategic and critical thinking

Work location:  Remote-United States

Travel: May include up to 10% [domestic/international]
