Project Manager

• Manages  local Projects 
• Assures appropriately staffed cross-functional (global where necessary) teams in conjunction with the team members line management
• Manages the project scope, budget and timeline to successfully complete the projects
• Identifies stakeholders and actively manages expectations
• Reports project status to steering committee
• Accountable to achieve all Project Deliverables and Objectives (Time, Financial, Operational, Legal etc.)
• Distinct from a functional manager or operations manager (e.g. no direct right of command)
• Communication within the Project Team, Stakeholders, Sponsors and Authority Levels
• Lead the project team, including all disciplines e.g. Sales, Engineering, Finance, HR, Production, HSE
• Agree and communicate Project Organization, Planning, Budget, Objectives, Benefits

 

Project Management Techniques and Methodological Competencies

• Certified NG PMTCP Level 3 (NORMA Group Project Management and Certification Program) - Desired
• PMI Advanced (e.g. Integration, Time, Scope, Quality, Cost, Procurement, HR, Communication Management)
• Facilitation techniques and Conduction of meetings
• Creativity and problem solving techniques
• Negotiation techniques
• Risk and Crisis Management
