About the role

CDR Health Inc., a health and medical firm is seeing individuals interested in working as Registered Nurses (RN) within the state of Massachusetts headquartered in Woburn, MA.

As a team member in this position, your primarily responsibility will be to work alongside a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in providing care to patients from different demographics. Your role will involve administering vaccines, particularly for COVID-19 and influenza.

This position operates Monday to Friday 8 AM to 7 PM, however it's important to note that the hours may vary based on demand. This means that there may be some flexibility required in terms of scheduling, and you may also be required to work on certain weekends.

Overall, your main tasks will revolve around working with CNA in administering vaccines, ensuring the safety and comfort of the patients, and working collaboratively with the team to meet the healthcare needs of the patients.

General Duties:

  • Accurately document the patient's relevant medical information.
  • General patient assessment and monitoring.
  • Initiate and monitor IV infusions.
  • Administer various vaccinations.

    • Requirements

  • Must be able to commute to Woburn, Massachusetts.
  • At least 1 year of experience starting and monitoring IV infusions.
  • Hold a current Massachusetts RN License in good standing.
  • Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Have access to a reliable vehicle and ability to drive and or ride for several hours at a time (mileage reimbursed GSA rates).
  • Working knowledge of health, safety and current COVID infection control standards and procedures and ability to comply.
  • Full PPE will be required to be worn for an extended period of time while treating each patient.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 20 pounds.
  • Must submit to and pass a drug screen, background check.
  • Ability to provide Form I-9 documents that shows your identity and eligibility to work in the United States
  • Other duties which may arise that commensurate with the title and position.
