About the team 

Join our Identity and Access Management leadership team to help design and build our program from the ground up. 

Our Team’s vision is to be a benchmark global IAM program that enables the future of digital commerce.  The mission is to provide secure, simple identity and access management services that protect and enable Worldpay assets and services while fueling innovation and new capabilities to market. 

What you’ll own  

• Define, plan and design innovative precedent-setting Identity Management infrastructure solutions, including integrated financial analysis of technical alternatives across technology disciplines to meet business requirements.  

• Develop effective architecture solutions that not only satisfy immediate project requirements but also deliver a coherent, reusable, reliable and phased architecture to help the business grow and change while aligning to strategic vision. 

• Collaborate with other IT, business and technical architects and develop a consensus-based enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable and synchronized with changing business needs. 

• Work effectively and efficiently with other teams and help resolve architectural differences or conflicts across the teams. 

• Evangelize and explain Authentication and Authorization, integration and other architecture principles, benefits and technical solutions to business and technical audiences. 

• Manage the technology life cycle and maintain a life cycle matrix identifying current standards and future technology directions. 

• Lead evaluation and selection of IAM technologies and create the 3-year roadmap.  

• Up to 25% travel may be required.
