We’re looking for a Marketing Director who can help us grow that impact with clarity, creativity, and strong modern marketing instincts.

This role is for someone who can lead, execute, and bring focus to a small but powerful team—while using the right tools, including AI, to work smarter and move faster.

What You’ll Do

Lead and develop a lean marketing team (2 team members + 2 contractors)
Own and drive marketing strategy across retail, digital, in-store, and community channels
Ensure our brand shows up consistently, clearly, and with purpose
Drive campaigns that balance strong storytelling with measurable results
Partner closely with leadership on product launches and growth initiatives
Oversee content, social, email, and in-store messaging so everything feels cohesive
Use data and modern tools to improve performance and efficiency
Protect and elevate the integrity of the Arden’s Garden brand
