Description 

This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis in the Cut-Up Area.  

Tasks 

This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis.  The position is responsible to assist, train, and encourage Team Members in their area of responsibility.  This position is responsible to set up their line(s) for production, ensure the line(s) is running properly and in control per company standards, perform preventative maintenance on Pac Mac machine, also maintain good housekeeping in the Cutup area, and any other duties assigned by Management.  This position will be able to complete each job in the Cutup area.  This position is also required to complete various log sheets, monitor the condemned pounds, and notify Management, and perform glaze checks and notify management of any changes.  This position will be exposed to possible warm or cold temperatures, wet, or humid conditions.  This position will require walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis 

Requirements 

In order to be eligible for consideration: 

Applicant must maintain 6.5 attendance points or less 

Applicant may not have 2 written warnings or 1 written warning & 1 written with suspension within the last 6 months of job posting 

Applicant may not have had a successful job bid within the last 6 months (unless it is a newly established job)
