Program Manager, International Testing

Languages are key to our mission of bringing the world closer together. The Meta family of products is currently available in 100+ languages and we are adding many more. Over 70% of people use our products in a language other than English, and ~90% are outside of North America. As an International Testing Program Manager, you will closely collaborate with stakeholders across the International Testing, Quality Assurance (QA), and Internationalization (i18n) teams to ensure (English and non-English) products function in each market as intended, are linguistically accurate, and are relevant to the regions traditions.Program Manager, International Testing Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable frameworks to ensure high-quality functional products, regardless of language
• Promote International Testing best practices and standards internally - raise awareness with and educate the Meta product and engineering community
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment
• Partner with Localization Program Managers, Quality Assurance Leads, and Product Managers to craft international testing strategies for priority products and technologies
• Partner with the Product Quality Platform engineering team to influence platform roadmaps, features, and supported workflows
• Improve scalability via automation and standardization to the highest degree possible while ensuring maximum value to Meta products and experiences

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience to process vast amounts of information, and have subject matter expertise in the field of software testing and analytics - ideally at a global scale.
• MS in Computer Science, Data Science or a related technical discipline, or 10+ years equivalent experience
• 10+ years of software development, software quality programs and/or product/program management experience
• Experience leading without authority
• Experience scaling across large organizations establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones
• Analytical and problem-solving experience with systems/large data sets and interpreting them to make business decisions
• Experience working in fast-paced environment with deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in corporate business management, finance, and compliance
• Experience with performance, benchmark, and accessibility testing
• Experience managing testing programs for large scale, global hardware or software launches
• Thorough understanding of product Quality Assurance processes and best practices
• Experience using SQL or Python to process and analyze data
• Knowledge of additional languages other than English
• Knowledge of or experience in localization industry

$157,000/year to $218,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
