Job Description

You will be part of Netatmo's R&D team and will report to the Customer Quality Manager.

By joining the brand new Customer Quality team, you will help ensure that the quality and reliability of the products meet our customers' expectations.

Your missions will be the following:

  • Analyze customer dissatisfactions: manipulate data and extract relevant information to build regular reporting.

  • Interact with all the R&D teams and the Support team to identify and reproduce problems.

  • Define action plans and be the communication link between these teams.

  • Lead the action plans and take a critical look at the proposals for corrective solutions by providing precise data.

  • Provide your expertise in the context of new product projects.

  • Work on the continuous improvement of tools and processes: Online help center, diagnostic tool, etc.

Qualifications

  • You are a graduate from an Engineering School or equivalent.

  • You have good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of analysis.

  • You have a good analytical mind and a good capacity for reformulation.

  • You have a strong interest in data analysis.

  • You are proactive, curious and a good listener.

  • You can work in full autonomy on your projects and work closely with the other teams (cross-functions).

  • You have the aptitude to learn quickly.

  • You are “customer centric”.

  • You can read & write both English and French.
