Job Summary

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will play a crucial role in the administration, configuration, development, and optimization of TeleTracking’s Salesforce implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, deploy solutions, and ensure the ongoing success of Salesforce solutions used within TeleTracking. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the strategic use of Salesforce as we drive forward our SaaS business.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert and primary POC in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure their understanding of critical Salesforce processes and data reliability.
  • Salesforce CPQ Management: Customize, configure, and manage Salesforce CPQ to align with the organization's unique pricing and quoting needs while supporting automated pricing, prorating, and co-terminating subscriptions on contracts and renewals.
  • Salesforce CPQ Process Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize CPQ processes, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quoting, and proposal generation; assure alignment with Master Data Management program for all data-related requests, and assure alignment with Performance Excellence program for all process-related improvement requests.
  • Salesforce CRM Management: Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce CRM environment handling all administrative functions including user account maintenance, license management, reports and dashboards, workflows, sandbox environment, and other routine tasks,
  • Data Management: Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce, including data entry (adds/updates/changes), data imports, deduplication, implementing rules, and data cleansing activities.
  • Integration Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal system performance.
  • Reports and Dashboards: Working closely with the Master Data Management team, adhering to governance, to create and maintain organizational-wide reports and dashboards that provide insights into business performance and support data-driven decision-making.
  • System Upgrades and Maintenance: Stay current with Salesforce releases and features, evaluate their applicability to the organization, and lead the implementation of system upgrades.
  • Security and Access Management: Implement and maintain security best practices, including user roles, profiles, and permission sets, to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Create and maintain documentation for all Salesforce processes, workflows, dataflows, etc.           

Education:

  • Four (4) year degree.
  • Salesforce certification(s) are a plus.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience including at least 5 years working closely with cross-functional teams, understanding complex business requirements, implementing CPQ solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of CPQ processes within Salesforce.
  • 7+ years of Salesforce CRM Administration experience, including custom objects and fields, page layouts, reports and dashboards, profiles and sharing rules, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce Apex programming language for building and implementing custom functionality.
  • Experience with integrating 3rd-party APIs with the Salesforce platform; preferably with the following providers:  Pardot, DocuSign CLM, Showpad, NetSuite, ScopeStack, etc.
  • Experience with the Salesforce Security Model.
  • Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including modern integration technologies (e.g., Workato/Mulesoft).
  • Experience with change management best practices for Salesforce-related modifications.
  • Experience working with Pardot marketing automation tooling.
  • Experience working with Agile teams creating user stories and developing acceptance criteria; Agile and Scrum methodology using tools as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
  • Experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle Netsuite).

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ configuration, pricing rules, and quoting processes.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM administration.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
