Product Data Analyst

We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to lead efforts in providing valuable insights for our product, with a strong focus on experimentation and data-driven decision-making. 

 

We're looking for someone with:

 

• 2+ years experience working as a Data Analyst with Product and Engineering teams;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to influence product strategy and decision-making;
• Experience in data visualization and story telling;
• Experience in writing optimized SQL queries;
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate with the key stakeholders across the organization;
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent English language skills.

 

Bonus points for:

 

• Experience in using Python data stack or R;
• Experience with conducting experiments, knowledge of using correct models and statistical tools;
• Experience in using Tableau or Amplitude;
• Experience in using Snowflake;

 

What you'll be doing:

 

• Gather and utilize data from various sources, including product databases, customer feedback, and market research;
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to align data analysis efforts with business goals;
• Analyze data to identify and model trends, patterns, and customer behavior related to product performance;
• Interpret data and share findings in a clear and actionable format to support decision-making processes;
• Monitor and analyze product metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization within Product;
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the data analysis function.
