Job Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, in-home personal care
  
  
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, and mobility
  
  
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
  
  
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment
  
  
• Deliver care with professionalism, patience, and kindness
  
  

Requirements

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia
  
  
• Current TB/PPD and CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
  
  
• Reliable transportation to Purcellville and surrounding locations
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• A positive attitude and passion for helping others
