Bilingual Field Case Specialist - Human Services Program - Texas

Summary: The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, is seeking qualified Bilingual Field Case Specialists to support a federal human services program serving vulnerable populations, including youth, young adults, and families. This role is designed for candidates with backgrounds in social work, social services, case management, child welfare, youth services, family support, community outreach, crisis response, or related human services fields. The Bilingual Field Case Specialist conducts in-person field visits, supports respectful participant and household communication, observes and documents general safety and wellness indicators, confirms residence and household information, and escalates urgent safety concerns through established reporting channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct assigned in-person field visits within an assigned geographic region. 
• Engage with participants, families, and household members in a respectful, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and professional manner. 
• Confirm whether a participant resides at an assigned residential location and document the outcome of each visit. 
• Observe and document general safety, wellness, and living-environment indicators using program-approved procedures. 
• Identify and document relevant household members, contact information, and relationship information as required by program protocols. 
• Support confirmation of school-related, household, contact, and wellness-related information when assigned. 
• Use approved tools, forms, mobile technology, and secure systems to complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Prepare objective case notes, field visit summaries, contact notes, and supporting documentation without opinion or unsupported conclusions.
