Bronx Zoo Food Commissary Supervisor

Qualification Requirements

Qualifications:
•    Must be at least the age of 18 years or older
•    High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
•    Valid driver’s license required
•    Food Handlers Certificate strongly preferred. Must have test date within 45 days of on boarding to maintain position.
•    Ability to operate simple machinery (snow blower, leaf blower, forklift, etc)
•    Data entry experience preferred
•    Excellent organizational skills including time management and problem solving
•    Strong verbal and written communication
•    Must be able to lift 50 LBS, bend, stretch, and stand for long periods of time
•    Must possess a positive work ethic and well-developed leadership abilities
•    Flexibility to deal with the daily changing needs of the department
