Business Unit Sales & Marketing Assistant Surgical (Temporary position)

In this temporary role (from May 2024 until February 2025) to cover a maternity leave, you will provide Sales & Marketing support related to events, internal meetings and contract management for the Business Unit Director and sales team in Surgical in France.
How you will make an impact:
Coordination of education events with general supervision.
Communication with HCPs being aware of MedTech compliance – invitations, travelling arrangements.
Administration of sponsorships.
Event logistics – hotels, service providers, materials preparation.
Invoice and budget management.
Contracts management with general supervision.
Internal meetings coordination with general supervision.
Other administrative support and incidental duties..
What you will need (Required):
H.S. Diploma or equivalent 5 years of previous related experience Required.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Preferred plus 3 years of related experience.
English proficiency in a business environment.
What else we look for (Preferred):
• Proven expertise including usage of MS Office Suite
• Advanced computer knowledge in ERP application (e.g. JDE) and SFDC
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure, prioritizing competing objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to negotiate and resolve difficult situations
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements.
