Client Services Senior Specialist

- Designs solutions for clients which will result in exceeding KPI’s.
- Elicits detailed business and system requirements from business owners and stakeholders.
- Provides user training on system/new functionality and handles user queries.
- Writes or supervises the preparation of operational and user documentation including release notes.
- Ensures documentation is accurate and complete. Writes and produces detailed functional specifications.
- Responds to unresolved production support issues and participate in analysis and resolution.
- Assists team in process re-design and improvements which would improve efficiency and result in exceeding KPI’s every time.
- Identifies industry change and transform feedback from clients into internal Product Development initiatives.
- Promotes the organization’s capabilities to clients, identifies sales opportunities to be forwarded to the account managers, and achieves contract extensions or additional business within the account(s).
- Provides input into project schedule, risks, scope of work and budget. Highlight risks (both technical/staffing/planning) to Project Management.
- Prepares and facilitates customer presentations.
- Education Required: B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Experience Required: At least 8 years

The base pay range for this role is $85,000 - $156,100. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
