ABOUT THE TEAM

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented senior analyst responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting Environment, Health and Safety data to drive compliance, risk reduction, program execution and continuous improvement across the organization.

ABOUT THE JOB

This role also serves as the primary administrator for our EHS digital toolset, ensuring data integrity, optimizing system configuration, and supporting users with training, troubleshooting and workflow enhancements. This is an onsite role at our Costa Mesa, CA headquarters office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collect, validate and analyze EHS data from multiple internal and external sources
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards and metrics used to communicate performance trends and insights to leadership
  • Identify patterns, root causes and improvement opportunities in incident, audit, risk, training and compliance data
  • Help support the timely execution of EHS compliance calendar tasks
  • Serve as the system owner and subject matter expert for the EHS digital toolset to include system configuration, permissions, liaison with software provider, workflows and data structures
  • Oversee data quality, including periodic audits and cleanup of records
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with federal, state and local EHS requirements
  • Support EHS program initiatives by providing accurate data for decision making and performance tracking
  • Participate in the rollout of EHS policies/procedures, projects and continuous improvement initiatives

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years if experience in EHS data, metrics and regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with leadership, regulators, front-line staff, and third-party partners
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information to technical audiences
  • Experienced with EHS information management systems
  • Data dashboarding and analytical tools (Foundry, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • High energy individual who craves the opportunity to build a system vs just manage one
  • Natural tendency towards challenging the status quo to find new and novel ways to improve EHS management systems. We are looking to redefine how EHS supports a business, not replicate what others do

US Salary Range$86,000$114,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
