Overview
Seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Services Leader with a strong background in architecting and engineering and deploying enterprise-scale platforms and services, with attention to scalability, reliability and resilience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving high velocity platforms, and has competencies in technical, strategic, and interpersonal skills. As a Technical Services Leader, you will lead a team of skilled professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and performant platforms.
Primary Responsibilities
- Envision a set of technical services needed over a time-horizon, aligned with business functional needs (e.g., digital products and initiatives)
- Build, test and package platform services in alignment with platform architecture and ensure adoption in products
- Manage development and deployment of platform engineers who build, test, and manage technical services based on architectural blueprint
- Lead platform engineers' teams in developing, testing, and managing technical services, guided by the architectural blueprint
- Collaborate with product teams to drive the enhancement and reusability of technical services
- Work with lead domain architects to deployment of technical services into respective environments.
- Partner with QA teams to ensure quality and stability of built & packaged platform services
- Work in tandem with security teams to ensure designs are compliant with the security standards and practices
Minimum/Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and formal education in relevant disciplines (Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or relevant degree; master’s degree preferred)
- 10+ years of business technology leadership/management role
- Proficient in building and managing platform services, software development life cycle, and DevSecOps methodologies
- Knowledge of architectural standards and blueprints
- Ability to understand and implement strategic alignment of technical services with enterprise objectives
- Effective communication skills, team coordination, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities

- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or mobile device
- Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
