  • Deliver physical access control and video monitoring technologies to support building security and privacy requirements

  • Conduct and manage system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements

  • Design, document, and implement physical security technology using structural drawings and as-builts

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and application issues

  • Troubleshoot and resolve break-fixes

  • Effectively escalate and communicate implementation issues internally and externally

  • Maintain strict confidentiality with information while safeguarding intellectual property

  • Follow corporate physical security technical policies, standards, and operating procedures

  • Assist, where needed, with the development and implementation of physical security technical policies, standards, and operating procedures

  • Occasional travel is required domestically and internationally (passport required)

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate with customers to design solutions to address complex cross functional needs for physical security systems. Identifies BKM's for integrated solution design and standards; Keeps abreast of technologies in the market and preform technology evaluations, as required. Works with multiple vendors for high quality resources and competitiveness 

Perform and document software application configuration and/or coding,  prepare and execute testing (unit, integration, performance, acceptance) and data conversions using standard tools and following established processes and guidelines.  Supervises work of contract developers. Perform Quality assurance.

Monitors specific IT systems or set of systems for availability and performance and reports anomalies through predefined process.  Participate in evaluation/recommendation of patches, point releases, major upgrades, and new systems.

Functional Knowledge

  • Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field 
  • Possess a strong understanding of physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
  • Review and approve design packages, ensuring adherence to industry standards and business  requirements.
  • Coordinate with design teams to develop accurate and detailed design documentation.
  • Oversee the selection and procurement of appropriate equipment and materials.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and audits.
  • Identify and address quality issues promptly.

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of experience managing physical security projects.
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or security industry standards (e.g., CPP, CSPM).
  • Strong technical
