Job description 

Ethos Farm Americas is a leading US based consultancy, learning & development and staffing solutions firm specializing in the aviation and travel retail industry. We provide skilled and experienced sales promoters and ambassadors to our clients and opportunities to work with some of the world's most recognized brands in fashion, beauty and liquor. 

We are currently seeking sales promoters who are bilingual in mandarin to join our team of promoters at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). This is a freelance role offering a superior hourly rate and opportunities to work on various luxury retail promotions and roles throughout 2023, 2024 and beyond - with an immediate requirement needed to represent a high-end luxury brand throughout December 2023. 

Candidates must be bilingual in mandarin and have experience in fashion & beauty retail to be considered. High end luxury beauty and fragrance experience is highly desirable. 

Sales Promoter: 

Provide superior customer service, sales and communication skills to customers and clients 

Confident working towards sales targets and goals 

Must be able to speak fluent/advanced mandarin 

Able to act as a brand representative and ambassador, attend brand trainings and adsorb brand information easily 

Able to maintain a high standard of personal presentation and meet uniform standards as required 

Able to accurately track sales and work with digital tools to provide tracking for our clients 

Other: 

This role requires to successful candidates to hold an SFO airport ID badge 

This is a freelance contract and role offering multiple promoter opportunities throughout 2023, 2024 and beyond
