Your Role:
Under general supervision, the Megasys Quality Administrative Assistant will perform administrative tasks to maintain operational systems and activities in a semiconductor facility. Diverse work activities include new hire onboarding, management of change coordinator, purchase inventory supplies, writing technical procedures, assisting inventory control operations and additional duties as needed. The individual will work independently, solely supporting the operations and management needs. This is an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities include:
- Revise and update templates and documents that have been redlined
- Coordinate document control and management of change by completing the editing of technical documents, routing for approval and posting of controlled documents in DCS system
- Maintain document retention according to site standard (assists with scanning and filling of documents used on site)
- Support IT and network management by submitting fix tickets, ordering hardware, coordinating maintenance, and backing up network and drives
- Maintain and update site communications including cell phones, networks, account administration, and site message board
- Schedule and coordinate virtual and live meetings for site training
- Maintain and update report files and KPI’s for the on-site team and generate safety performance, training, and maintenance reports
- Provide office administration support for expense reporting, corporate card administration, and travel and entertainment expense reports
- Track purchases and spare parts orders, materials of trade, PPE and clothing, tool calibration and materials, office supplies and repairs
- Maintain and updating site asset logs

Support onboarding of new hires by assisting with background administration and coordination with customer security, account set up, personal protective equipment set up, medical clearance records, and coordinating mandatory training
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Administrative experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry
- Working knowledge of applications such as SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with procurement and on time pavement of all site invoices related to IT, rentals, and other approved site purchases
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
