The team’s mission is to explore and develop innovative aesthetic solutions for the Harmony Operating System and all Huawei devices.</p><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>What will be your main responsibilities?</strong></p><ul> <li>Collaborate with designers, researchers, and developers to conceptualize and design visually compelling solutions;</li> </ul><ul> <li>Focus on aesthetic exploration and research to push the boundaries of design for the HarmonyOS ecosystem;</li> </ul><ul> <li>Create high-quality visuals for digital interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience while maintaining brand consistency;</li> </ul><ul> <li>Contribute to the art direction and overall visual strategy of the team’s projects;</li> </ul><ul> <li>Work with motion design and/or 3D tools (if applicable) to enhance visual concepts.</li> </ul><p></p><ul> </ul><p><strong>What are the skills required for this position?</strong></p><ul> <li>Proven experience in UI design and Art Direction, for digital products or ideally operating systems;</li> <li>Strong portfolio showcasing advanced visual design skills and creativity;</li> <li>A deep interest in technology and a passion for exploring cutting-edge design trends;</li> <li>Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite;</li> <li>Experience with visual Generative AI tools, with portfolio samples;</li> <li>Ability to present and showcase concepts (Keynote);</li> <li>Professional English proficiency.</li> </ul><ul> </ul><ul> </ul><p><strong>Other Nice-to-Have Skills</strong></p><ul> <li>Knowledge of motion design (e.g., After Effects);</li> </ul><ul> <li>Knowledge of 3D modeling/animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Udini);</li> </ul><ul> <li>Familiarity with design systems and prototyping tools;</li> </ul><ul> <li>Strong collaboration and communication skills within a team environment.</li> </ul><ul> </ul><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul> <li>Freelance collaboration (fully remote / in-person workshop/collaborative moments);</li> <li>A creative and collaborative team focused on innov
