Associate, Client Processing Representative II

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Processing Associate within the Alternative Investments Department to join our BNY Pershing team. This role is located in Lake Mary FL and is a HYBRID position. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Processing account transfers and re-registrations in a timely manner
• Provide support for incoming securities with incomplete instructions
• Accurately troubleshooting issues 
• Delivering quality client service and daily support to internal and external clients, including phone and email interaction, transaction processing, and account reconciliation

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education experience is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office product suite.
• A desire to collaborate, problem solve and seek innovative ways to improve processes.
