Job Description
We are looking for a new Key Account Manager for our Automotive segment.
Reporting to the North America VP, Program Managament, you will be responsible for the commercial development of a portfolio of existing strategic accounts.
- You will contribute to the development strategy of your accounts,
- You will deploy the defined strategy with customers to develop sales,
- You are the customer's main interface within the company.
In collaboration with the company's various departments, you :
- Draw up commercial offers (costing, technical and industrial proposals, etc.),
- Lead the commercial and logistical contracting phase,
- Negotiate programs in terms of price, lead time and quality,
- Ensure the financial follow-up and risk management of your portfolio: profitability, compliance with payment deadlines, management of obsolete or excess inventory, quality or technical disputes, etc.
Qualifications
The profile we're looking for must have :
- Solid experience in developing existing strategic customer accounts,
- With a mínimum anual portfolio of $5M,
- In a manufacturing industry,
- And a strong background in the automotive manufacturing environment.
What is also nice to have :
- Working experience in a subcontracting environment, and/or electronics and / or EMS Company,
- Proven experience in providing additionnal services and / or custom products to your customers.
Additional Information
The position will require regular travel to our customers and production sites..
