Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Part-Time Evenings at Acacia Health Center

Starting Pay: $19.00-$24.50 per hour (based on license date)
Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour for night shifts starting at 6pm
Schedule: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Who you are:

  • Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training program
  • Current Arizona CNA license required
  • Valid CPR Certification with BLS and AED training
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and document care
  • Physical ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs, stand, reach, and assist with resident transfers (up to 125 lbs) and push residents in wheelchairs or shower chairs
  • Someone who provides high levels of customer care with compassion and heart

 

What you'll do:

  • Provide direct care and assist residents with daily activities, including taking vitals and administering treatments
  • Answering call lights
  • Changing linens
  • Keeping resident rooms tidy
  • Maintaining safe and sanitary work conditions
  • Assisting with resident transfers and positioning
  • Performing routine tasks with a smile and genuine care for our residents
