At GOglobal, you will follow a 24-month individual rotation plan, gain international experience, and receive exposure to the business as well as visibility to senior management. You will be provided with an environment fostering personal and professional growth, as well as great networking opportunities to continuously improve your technical expertise and business acumen.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your Role: </p> <p>Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the world of Marketing and Commercial?</p> <p>Throughout this program, you'll have the opportunity to gain insights into multiple aspects of Marketing (Market Intelligence, Digital Marketing, Brand/Product Management) as well as our Commercial organization (Global and Local Strategic Account Planning). Additionally, you'll get to dive into our Franchise Strategies, exploring Global Brand Plans, Market Access, and Pricing.</p> <p>This program has three dynamic rotations, to prepare you for your future career. You'll begin your journey at your home base in Darmstadt, Germany, followed by an international assignment at one of our subsidiaries. Finally, you'll return to Germany for your third assignment, deepening your understanding of different functions and business areas within our Healthcare Business. These diverse assignments spanning global and local affiliates will broaden your experience, provide unique perspectives, and prepare you for impactful roles within the Healthcare sector. </p> <p> </p> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>Hold a Master's or PhD degree in natural science, business administration, or related fields</li> <li>Demonstrated very good academic performance</li> <li>International experience is preferred, but not essential</li> <li>Practical experience through internships in a commercial or marketing function within the healthcare industry, preferred but not essential</li> <li>Deeply motivated and passionate about solving challenging problems</li> <li>Embrace ownership and possess a proactive attitude, driving impactful outcomes</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills, combining analytical thinking and with the ability to balance multiple ongoing projects simultaneously</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working in an international and multicultural matrix organization</li> <li>Fluent in English (German or other languages as a plus)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The position is limited to two years. </p> <p>Next Start Date: September 2024</p> <p>Application Deadline: 19.01.2024</p> <p>Assessment Days: End of February - Mid of March 2024</p> <p><br/> What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
