Senior Executive - Mechanical & Electrical [ITE Headquarters]

[What the role is]
As a Senior Executive in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.

[What you will be working on]

You will be involved in the Estates & Facilities Management functions and upgrading of ITE’s physical facilities. Your key responsibilities include the following:

 

- Oversee the day-to-day M&E maintenance and operations of ITE’s premises;

- Manage the outsourced M&E term contractors to ensure that they deliver their services in accordance with the contractual requirements; and

- Implement upgrading/ renovation projects to ITE’s facilities including the preparation of technical specifications, appointment of contractors, and project management.

[What we are looking for]

·       Relevant educational credentials in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent;

·       At least 2 years of relevant working experience; and

·       Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
