**The Role

 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Maintenance and Engineering team as a Business Unit Administrator that will primarily support the site leadership team.

 

Primary Accountabilities:

 

The role holder will be responsible for-

 

  • Performing administrative and commercial activities.
  • Will undertake general scanning and document management on behalf of the department.
  • The role will include the placement, and subsequent tracking, of service requisitions with our approved external vendors along with the subsequent management of invoices and month end accruals.
  • Other aspects will include the management of departmental stationery and consumables and provide general secretarial support to the management teams, including the upkeep of several databases that track document and project controls.

             

**About You

 

Our ideal candidate should have GCSE’s (or equivalent) in Maths and English and have previous experience of working within an Administrative role.  You should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to manage and meet deadlines.  You should have a working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and ideally have worked with SAP.  Excellent communication and organisational skills are also key to the role.
