Sales and Product Planning Coordinator

The Opportunity

Under the general direction of the Manager of Planning Support, we are hiring for two Support Coordinators! In this role you multi-task and prioritize effectively while independently executing multiple responsibilities to set up companywide promotions for our customers including Flash Easy Pay, All day Easy Pay, Free Shipping & Handling events, and Q card Special Financing.

Your Impact

• Check all Live shows across a channel regarding pricing and stories.
• Work with other teams to respond to time-sensitive requests, ensures accuracy, completeness of data, and communicates issues or changes.
• Track data, create, and communicate accurate reporting for Planning Management.
• Understand the Live show process and how decisions impact the other teams. Implement enhancements for process improvements.
• Educate other departments on best practices and departmental procedures.

What You Bring

• You have 2 years of work experience preferably working with live television.
• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• You are a tireless worker and catch on to tech systems quickly.

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
