Summary:
The Associate Director will lead the U.S. Oncology portfolio forecasting process across immuno-oncology and targeted therapy brands, while independently serving as a strategic business partner to the U.S. Commercial Oncology team for ongoing commercialization efforts. Recognized as a trusted advisor, embedding customer and market insights along with analytics into critical business decisions. Executes comprehensive business analyses to enhance value for patients through deeper market understanding, subject matter expertise, and practical application.
Responsibilities:
- Delivers integrated insights across various analytical functions such as market research, secondary data analytics and forecasting to address key business questions and drive performance
- Supports culture of fact-based decision making through application of best-in-class, innovative, and appropriate methodologies to address key business questions.
- Effectively collaborates with a broad set of cross functional counterparts (including Brand Leadership, Sales Operations, Medical, and Finance) to achieve organizational objectives
- Partners with key stakeholders within the US Commercial Oncology Team to support strategic and tactical commercial decisions through: Market Research, Secondary Data Analytics (Performance measurement, Segmentation), Forecasting
- Proactively manages flow of planned and ad hoc analytics requests, ensuring consistent quality and timeliness in delivery to business stakeholders
- Develops seamless, collaborative, cross-functional approaches to problem solving and holistic cross-customer analysis
- Develops and maintains a deep understanding of US Oncology brand priorities
- Understands, demonstrates, and drives adherence to all BMS operating policies
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in relevant functional discipline required; Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
- Prior Pharmaceutical industry and/or consulting experience preferred
- Experience independently leading commercialization analytics projects as described in position summary, including exposure to advanced techniques (e.g., behavioral science and advanced quantitative models)
- Ability to draw inferences from disparate pieces of data, identify key findings and link to implications and provide recommendations
- Highly collaborative team player with ability to effectively influence in an organization with a complex matrix of stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills delivered with polish and credibility
- Strong unstructured problem solving skills to answer key business questions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, meet tight deadlines, and operate with agility and speed

Compensation Overview:
Princeton - NJ - US: $167,540 - $203,013The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
