Direct Support Caregiver

IMMEDIATE OPENING – Skilled Caregiver or CNA in Linn, Missouri!

Are you a highly skilled caregiver with a heart for making a real difference? Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dependable professional to provide one-on-one support for a client in Linn, MO.

This role is ideal for someone with a direct support background and confidence working in a home with multiple pets. Prior experience with clients on the autism spectrum will be a great benefit in building rapport and providing the best care possible.

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Support daily living needs such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• Offer genuine companionship and engagement
• Provide skilled, attentive care tailored to the client’s individual needs

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Pass a background check and drug screen
