Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Digital Product and User Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in digital platform enhancement, web development, and project management. As an intern, you will be actively involved in supporting the development and improvement of Raiz’s digital services, contributing directly to the user experience of our members.

Skills and Experience

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Some knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
• A basic understanding of web development and content management systems, such as WordPress, is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with guidance provided.
• Creativity and a passion for contributing fresh ideas to digital solutions.
• A collaborative spirit with a digital-first mindset, focused on delivering value to our members.

Role Description and Essential Duties

• Assist in the development and maintenance of web pages, including updating content and ensuring accuracy across platforms.
• Participate in the testing and troubleshooting of digital platforms to identify and resolve bugs and enhance overall user experience.
• Support the team in creating and refining project timelines, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for digital enhancements that align with Raiz’s strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the Digital Product and UX and Marketing team to ensure that all digital content is consistent, compliant, and on-brand.
• Learn and apply project management tools such as ClickUp to track progress and manage tasks effectively.
• Assist with all other duties as assigned or identified.
